Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Perishable goods and custom orders are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Include clear photos of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund upon verification.

4. Refund Process
Once returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, cancellation is not guaranteed if processing has begun.
